On behalf of Toys 'R' Us, CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has subleased 20,000 s/f of office space to Wachovia Securities Wachovia Securities, located in Richmond, Virginia (soon to be moved to St. Louis), is the third largest brokerage firm in the United States as of 2006 with $689 billion retail client assets under management. It is a subsidiary of Wachovia Corporation.  at Mack Center VI, located at 461 From Road in Paramus, NJ.

CBRE's Jeffrey Babikian, executive vice president, Richard Danesi, senior vice president, Brian Godau, vice president, and Nick Savage, vice president, represented Toys 'R' Us in this transaction.

Wachovia is relocating from another building in Paramus and plans to use the space as an expanded brokerage office.

Mack Center VI is a five-story, class A office building with a sophisticated granite finish, modern building features and immediate proximity to the Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state. Its name refers to the state nickname, the "Garden State".  and Route 17. Kevin Murphy There are many people named Kevin Murphy:
