It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of City's Times Square corridor. The long-term transaction was arranged by Insignia/ESG's C. Bradley Mendelson, senior managing director, and Eric Gelber, director of the firm's Retail Group.
