WWA Group Completes Equity Financing.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- WWA Group, Inc. (OTCBB: WWAG) today announced the completion of a $750,000 equity financing managed by Chicago Investment Group, LLC. ("CIG") for the purpose of generating additional working capital dedicated to expanding operations.

The financing was comprised of units offered through CIG at $0.65 per unit, each unit comprised of one (1) share of WWA Group common stock and one half (1/2) purchase warrant that enables the offeree to purchase an additional share of WWA Group common stock in exchange for two half warrants at $1.00 for a period of two (2) years from the closing date of the offering. CIG was paid a commission in cash of 10% of the gross proceeds of the offering and common shares equal to 5% of the number of shares sold.
