WUNDERMAN/CATO JOHNSON BECOMES THE FIRST AGENCY TO OFFER TV ANSWER'S
 INTERACTIVE TELEVISION SERVICE IN THEIR CLIENT MARKETING MIX
 ANAHEIM, Calif., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Wunderman/Cato Johnson (WCJ), the largest marketing and sales promotion company in the United States, announced today that it will be the first major U.S. agency to offer TV Answer's interactive television services to its clients.
 WCJ clients include leading national brands and companies in a wide variety of industries, including American Express, Apple Computers, Columbia House, Frito-Lay Corp., Kraft General Foods, Miller Brewing Company, Nordic Track, Perrier Group of America, Taco-Bell, and Time Warner.
 WCJ agreed today to become a member of TV Answer's Charter Partner program. The program allows WCJ to offer its clients special opportunities to include TV Answer's unique, two-way television system in their marketing and consumer research projects. WCJ clients who include TV Answer's interactive television in their marketing mix will enjoy this unmatched opportunity to strengthen the dynamics between consumer and product.
 Under the Charter Partner program, TV Answer's initial 1.5 million home units will contain customized software that will allow WCJ clients to ask consumers a series of demographic questions along with each product or information order.

 WCJ becomes the first national marketing agency to establish itself as the expert in two-way television as a marketing tool for its clients. Other recently signed service providers involved in TV Answer's Charter Partner program include J.C. Penney Company, CUC, Inc., Bose Express Music, 800 Flowers, and 800 Spirits.
 TV Answer, a leader in the development of wireless interactive video and data services (IVDS), has led the development of technology for interactive TV since 1986. TV Answer is based in Reston, Va., and has manufacturing facilities in Chantilly, Va.
