WTCA takes 7-year lease at the Graybar Building.

), a leading international, non-political, not-for-profit membership organization, has relocated its offices from 60 East 42nd Street to the Graybar Building at 420 Lexington Avenue.

The new space on Lexington Avenue is more efficiently laid out and is 27% larger than the WTCA offices on 42nd Street.

The WTCA established space at 60 East 42nd Street subsequent to 9/11/01 and the destruction of its space on the 77th floor of One World Trade Center. Upon completion of the WTC WTC World Trade Center, see there  New York New York, state, United States

"Our space at 60 East 42nd Street was approximately 65% smaller than the space we previously occupied at the WTC New York. It has been adequate for the past five years, but not ideal," said Robert DiChiara, Executive Vice President, WTCA. "As we neared the expiration of our lease, we looked for something more suited to our needs and found that the space at the Graybar Building offered some clear advantages for us."

The WTCA has signed a seven year lease for 8,064 r/s/f at the Graybar Building with the ability to opt out in its sixth and seventh years.
