WSN Names Jim Collins as COO and CFO; Brings Significant Industry Experience and Expertise to WSN.

WSN, a fulfillment technology and logistics company servicing the wine industry, announced today the appointment of Jim Collins as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Jim has over 20 years of financial and operational experience. Jim is a Partner in Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, the largest professional service firm of Chief Financial Officers in the United States. Previously, Collins was the COO of Commtouch Software, Ltd., a software company based in Mountain View, California. In 1999 as the CFO, Collins took Commtouch public on NASDAQ, raising over $100 million. Between 1989 and 1997, Jim was the CFO and also the VP of Operations of Pete's Brewing Company, one of the country's largest and fastest growing specialty brewers. The Company was named by INC. Magazine as One of America's 100 Fastest Growing Companies in 1992, 1993 and 1994. As CFO, Jim took Pete's public on NASDAQ in 1995, raising over $60 million.
