WSF Corporation announces acquisition of an architectural, engineering and resort development company in Belize.

HONOLULU--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 1995--Wall Street Financial Corporation (OTC NASD Bulletin Board: WSFI) has acquired all of the shares of CarCon, Ltd., an architectural, engineering and development company in the country of Belize, it was announced today by Chairman Gerhart W. Walch.

WSF is a significant owner of the Mayan Salt Creek Estate and has also been appointed as the sole trustee and asset manager. The Estate is located just six minutes north of the Belize International Airport at the old North American Highway. It consists of over 31,435 acres of unencumbered, freehold and prime Caribbean Seafront property, with approximately 20 miles of shoreline and connected lagoons with access to the open Sea.

Since the turn of the century, the estate has operated as a working plantation with thousands of acres of forest (mahogany, log wood, pine, cedar, santa maria and chicle trees) and thousands of acres of cultivated agriculture land (coconut, lime and other tropical fruits). To revitalize the plantation, WSF has engaged local management to implement modern techniques for forestry, agriculture, aqua-culture, hunting and fishing with the objective to create a self-supporting major resort destination based on its rich natural resources.

CarCon has changed its name to MAYAN RESORT DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. and appointed Antoine (Tony) Gedeon as its Managing Director for development and operations, said Walch. Gedeon has wide experience in hotel development in Europe, the Pacific Basin and Asia, with firms such as Hilton International Hotels, Regent Hotels International and Pan Pacific Hotels. He is assisted by the company's Belizian management team of Robert Gongora, a U.S.-trained civil engineer, and Craig Winburn, a U.S.-trained architect.
