 WSBK-TV38 NAMES THREE TO SALES STAFF
 BOSTON, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- WSBK has added three new names to


its sales staff. The announcement was made by Frank Comerford, general sales manager of the station. Scott McGavick has been named national sales manager for WSBK-TV38. Prior to joining WSBK-TV, Scott worked at Harrington Righter & Parsons, the station's national representative in New York.
 Scott began his broadcast career in 1983 with the Television Monitoring Service in Boston, before moving onto the New York advertising agency of Jordan Case McGrath as a media planner in 1984. In 1986, he joined Harrington Righter & Parsons as an account executive. He was then promoted sales manager. Scott, a native of Sudbury, Mass., graduated from Holy Cross College, and now resides with his wife Bonnie and their daughter Amanda in Greenwich, Conn.
 Local sales manager, Mark Lund has added two names familiar to the Boston broadcasting market to his staff. Jeff Reed comes to TV38 from Houston, Effler & Partners, Inc. where he was a media planner and buyer for the agency's key clients in both print and electronic media. Jeff is a graduate of New England College in Henniker, N.H., and now lives in Newton, Mass.
 Julie Bruno, a radio sales veteran was also named local sales account executive. Before coming to WSBK, she worked as an account executive for Boston radio stations WSSH and WBOS respectively. The 1985 Syracuse graduate now resides in Newton, Mass.
