New Century Bancorp and New Century Bank Southfield, Michigan Southfield is a city in Oakland County of the U.S. state of Michigan. It is a suburb of Detroit and is part of the metro Detroit area. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 78,296. Southfield Township is adjacent to the city on the north side.  

The Federal Reserve Board announced on July 21, 2000, the execution of a Written Agreement by and among New Century Bancorp, the New Century Bank, both of Southfield, Michigan, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Coordinates:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is one of twelve regional Reserve Banks that, along with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.
