 WRITER/PRODUCER GLENN GORDON CARON SIGNS PARAMOUNT DEAL
 HOLLYWOOD, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Writer, producer, director Glenn Gordon Caron and his company, Picturemaker Productions, have been signed to a multi-year contract to develop and produce all forms of programming for the Network Television Division of Paramount Pictures, it was announced today by John S. Pike, president of the division.
 Caron, the creator and executive producer of the hit, multi-Emmy award-nominated series "Moonlighting," will create and develop comedy and drama series, telefilms and mini-series.
 According to Pike, "We are thrilled to have attracted the many talents of Glenn to Paramount. We look forward to supporting him in his newest creative endeavors."
 Caron wrote for "Taxi," served as story editor on "Good Time Harry," and served as producer/writer on two series, "Breaking Away" and "Remington Steele," before forming his own production company, Picturemaker Productions which, in partnership with ABC, produced "Moonlighting."
 He created and executive produced the series into its fourth and final season on the air, before leaving to take on his first feature directorial assignment, "Clean and Sober," starring Michael Keaton.
 Earlier this year, Caron signed an agreement with ABC Entertainment to develop three new series.
 Caron is currently on location in Florida filming "Wilder Napalm," starring Debra Winger and Dennis Quaid for TriStar Pictures.
 Paramount Pictures is a Paramount Communications company.
