WRB Enterprises, Inc. to Acquire Majority Interest in Dominica Electricity Services, Ltd.

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2004

Tampa-based WRB Enterprises, Inc. (WRB) announced today an agreement to acquire a majority interest in Dominica Electricity Services, Ltd. (Domlec), the sole electric utility for the Commonwealth of Dominica. The seller is UK-based CDC See Control Data, century date change and Back Orifice.

. WRB will own slightly more than 50% of Domlec and will serve as the lead partner, providing the required technical and financial leadership. Further details will be provided at a press conference in Dominica within the next 10 days.
