Terms were not released. Closing will be within 45 days or upon completion of due diligence by both parties. Internet Interview, Inc., ("III"), is an emerging provider of technical professional human resource for the Information Technology industry. The company is ideally suited to continue its expansion from a current data base in excess of 180,000 resumes of technical and computer professionals to more than 1,000,000 resumes within the next 12 to 15 months.
