WORLD AIRWAYS NAMES TWO NEW DIRECTORS

 HERNDON, Va., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- WorldCorp (NYSE: WOA) announced today that it had elected Peter M. Sontag and Ahmad M. Khatib to the Board of Directors of its World Airways subsidiary.
 Sontag is founder, Chairman and CEO of USTravel, one of the nation's largest travel management companies with over 900 locations worldwide. Commenting on Sontag's appointment, T. Coleman Andrews III, World's Chairman and CEO, said: "Peter's impressive track record in marketing and distribution systems, along with his abundant creative energy, will add an important new dimension to World's Board. I'm looking forward to working with Peter as World strengthens its own marketing and distribution capability."
 Khatib, who was recently promoted to Executive Vice President at World, has held customer service and marketing positions with progressively increasing responsibility during his 22 year career at World. Announcing Khatib's election to the Board, Andrews said, "We place a high value on the contributions Ahmad has made as a member of our senior management team." Added Charles W. Pollard, World's President, "Ahmad has played a pivotal role in shaping our most important strategic relationships over the last ten years, and we are pleased he will be joining the Board."
 WorldCorp owns majority positions in companies that operate in two business areas: air transportation (through World Airways) and interactive information and transaction processing (through US Order and its affiliated companies). The company has previously announced that it intends to sell approximately 25% of the equity in World Airways to Malaysian Helicopter Services Bhd.
