WORK RECOVERY INC. EXPANDS DOMINANCEIN AUSTRALIAN WORKERS' COMPENSATION MARKET

 TUCSON, Ariz., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Work Recovery Inc. (NASDAQ: WORK), a Tucson-based provider of advanced rehabilitation technology and an international network of testing clinics, today entered into an agreement with Work Health, the State of Victoria's (Australia) largest provider of rehabilitation and job placement services. The agreement will provide ERGOS testing and rehabilitation services to Work Health's total annual case load of approximately 2,500 industrially injured workers. This service agreement will produce an estimated $5.1 million (Australian) in annual revenues.
 The Work Recovery Inc./Work Recovery Pty. Ltd./Work Health cooperative venture established dominant market share in medical/vocational employer return-to-work rehabilitation programs in Victoria. This contract, in combination with Work Recovery Inc.'s previous purchase of the government's Workcover Rehabilitation Service Centers (see 8/26/93 news release) provides Australian employers, injured workers, medical specialists, and rehabilitation suppliers state-of-the-art cost containment programs. The program further enhances Work Recovery Inc./Work Recovery Pty. Ltd.'s national franchising system.
