Other keynote speakers include journalist and author Linda Ellerbee Linda Ellerbee (born Linda Jane Smith in Bryan, Texas, U.S., August 15, 1944) is a journalist who is most known for several jobs at NBC News, including Washington (DC) correspondent, and reporter and co-anchor of NBC News Overnight, and educator Alison Armstrong, co-founder of PAX Programs Inc., who will be the closing speaker and also lead a seminar on ``Understanding Men 101.'' Comedian Phyllis Diller will be honored during the conference; at age 88, she will not attend, but a video of her acceptance speech will be presented. The event will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. April 7 at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds n. pl. 1. same as fairground. . Morris will talk about traveling the world searching for ``Adventure Divas'' and about the strong women she encountered on her journeys. She wrote a book, ``Adventure Divas: Searching the Globe for a New Kind of Heroine.'' Morris also works as a correspondent for the television series ``Outdoor Investigations,'' ``Lonely Planet Treks in America,'' ``Treks in a Wild World,'' and ``Globe Trekker.'' Morris also contributes to publications including The New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of Times Book Review, abcnews.com, Ms., Blue, and Outside magazines. She's published two books, ``A Different Angle'' and ``Uncommon Waters,'' about her hobby of fly-fishing.
