WOLOHAN LUMBER CO. REPORTS OCTOBER SALES UP 12.6 PERCENT SAGINAW, Mich., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolohan Lumber Co.
(NASDAQ-NMS: WLHN) said its sales for October were up 12.6 percent to $31,986,000 from $28,418,000 for October 1991. Comparable-store sales were up 9.4 percent. Consumer (DIY) sales were up 14.6 percent from last October and professional contractor sales were up 10.3 percent.
Ten-month sales were up 13.2 percent to $296,763,000 from $262,212,000 for the same period of 1991. Comparable-store sales were up 11.2 percent.
