WMS Gaming Recieves Approval for Eight Additional Video Games on CPU-NXT Platform from GLI.

WAUKEGAN, Ill. & LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 2003

WMS Gaming Inc., a subsidiary of WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE: WMS), announced today that it received approval from Gaming Laboratories Inc. (GLI) for eight additional video game titles for its new CPU-NXT(TM) operating system. WMS received the first regulatory approval from GLI for the commercial version of CPU-NXT operating system and a new game theme earlier this month. The eight game approval brings the total approvals for CPU-NXT games for sale to nine, which is more than double the total number of games the Company received approvals for in its fiscal year ended June 30, 2003. WMS will be showcasing these games, along with other new games, on its new Bluebird(TM) gaming cabinet at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) (Las Vegas Convention Center: WMS Booth #1260) in Las, Vegas September 16-18.

Rakin' It In(TM)

Players will be rakin' in the money and volunteering to do the yard work with the Rakin' It In video slot game! This five-reel video slot available with 9,15 or 20 pay lines, contains the Money Tree Bonus round which occurs when the player lands three Money Tree symbols on an active pay line. In this exciting bonus round, players collect coins, bills or moneybags of bonus credits to increase their winnings.

Milk Money(TM)

Milk Money is a hilarious video slot based on animated dairy cows trying to fill milk bottles while jammin' to the beat of Reggae Hip Hop. The game is a five-reel video slot available with 9, 15, or 20 paylines. The Milking Bonus is triggered when three or more Cow Face symbols land on an active pay line. The object in this bonus round is to fill milk bottles with as much milk as possible to earn credits; so players will milk this one for all it's worth!

Quackers(TM)

Plunge into the Quackers 5-reel 9, 15 and 20 line slot game with Buck the hilarious hound who helps players shoot ducks for bonus credits. The Quackers bonus round is triggered when three or more Duck Caller symbols land on an active pay line. The player will be awarded a random number of "plungers" to shoot the ducks. Each time a duck is plunged, the player will be awarded credits based on the value of the duck that was hit.

Rich Little Piggies(TM)

Bring home the bacon with this explosive five-reel game available in 15 and 20 lines. When three or more scattered Bomb symbols appear, the Rich Little Piggies bonus round begins. The player starts the bonus round by touching the center of a ring formed by 13 pigs, which rolls a pair of dice. The center arrow moves the amount of spaces indicated by the dice and stops on a pig. Credits are awarded for each pig that the arrow points to. After the player collects the pig's credits, the pig turns into a bomb. The player continues rolling the dice until the arrow lands on a bomb; the bomb explodes, and the player is transitioned into the second stage of the bonus round. The player is awarded 8-12 free spins in this second bonus round. The player is also awarded a multiplier based on the number of pigs won during the bonus round. The multiplier is applied to all free spins.

Wild Wilderness(TM)

The camping themed Wild Wilderness slot game is a five reel video slot available with 9, 15, or 20 paylines. The Wild Wilderness Bonus is initiated when three or more Bernie the Bear symbols appear on an active pay line. The player is prompted to select a camping object for the Bernie the Bear to retrieve.
