WMIA seeks nominations for 2006 awards.PHOENIX, MD -- The Woodworking Machinery Industry Assn. is calling for nominations for its 2006 Innovator of the Year, Educator of the Year and Commitment to Excellence Through Technology awards. The WMIA WMIA Woodworking Machinery Industry Association says that previous Innovator and Commitment to Excellence award winners have ranged from small custom shops to Large, multi-national corporations. Educator of the Year award winners have included companies, colleges and universities, as well as community and technical schools, the WMIA adds.
