The announcement was made during Tuesday's executive management meeting in Charlotte, NC. The Hilton Head regional office has experienced significant growth in just six short months of operation. After opening the office with a single employee, they now have five full-time employees and 15 major active engineering projects for nearby towns and cities.

Mr. Tate most recently served as the Director of Utilities, Public Works, and Property Maintenance for the City of North Augusta, South Carolina
