WIRELESS CABLE OF ATLANTA ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF INITIAL OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK

 ATLANTA, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Wireless Cable of Atlanta, Inc., announced today that it has gone effective with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has received approval by NASDAQ Small Cap Market to trade under the symbol WCAI.
 A maximum of 800,000 shares of common stock were offered at $6.25 and were successfully completed by Argent Securities, Inc.
 The net proceeds of the offering will be used for the acquisition of necessary equipment, additional programming, retirement of debt and marketing expenses.
 Wireless Cable of Atlanta, Inc., provides wireless cable television service to multiple dwelling developments, such as large apartment complexes, and commercial properties, such as office buildings. The company is beginning to aggressively pursue single family home subscribers. Their current subscriber base is approaching 6,000 subscribers.
 A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has become effective as of Oct. 18.
