 WINTERFEST AGAIN AVAILABLE TO CONSUMERS;
 BRAND ADDS DRAFT TO PRODUCT LINE
 GOLDEN, Colo., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Winterfest, Coors Brewing Co.'s robust winter stout, is now available to consumers nationwide (except Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Utah). Because of the ever- growing popularity of specialty brews, the brand has expanded its product line to include draft beer, as well as extending its availability until Spring 1993.
 Coors is the only national brewer to rekindle the Old World tradition of brewing specialty beers to commemorate the holiday season. Winterfest was introduced exclusively in Colorado in 1986 and expanded nationwide the following year.
 "Winterfest is a beer that fits the needs of consumers during the holidays as well as the specialty brew market," said John Lind, assistant marketing manager. "Winterfest has the advantage of micro- brewery appeal and major brewery distribution capabilities."
 Now in its seventh season, Winterfest packaging will feature the fourth in a series of brightly colored, festive winter scenes. The six- pack carrier, produced by Graphic Packaging Corp., Paoli, Pa., last year won a Gold Award from the Paperboard Packaging Council and a Golden Cylinder Award from the Gravure Association of America.
 Winterfest will be brewed with a malt that imparts a brownish color with a full-bodied, hoppier and maltier taste. New this year, Winterfest will be available on draft in half-barrels as well as the traditional 12-ounce, long-neck, non-returnable bottles.
