Kantor's experience in telecommunications includes 18 years at MCI, where he was part of the management team that built MCI into the second-largest U.S. long distance carrier. As the President of MCI Northeast, he was responsible for marketing, sales, operations and service in that region. He was also the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of MCI International, Inc., an early competitor in the international telecommunications market. With the hiring of Kantor, the ITC consulting contract with WinStar has been concluded.
