WINDSOR CASINO LTD. SHORTLISTED TO BUILD AND OPERATE WINDSOR CASINO

 TORONTO, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Windsor Casino Limited -- a joint venture of casino operators Caesars World, Inc. (NYSE: CAW), Circus Circus Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: CIR) and Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE: HLT) -- announced today that the Ontario Government has placed it on the short-list of bidders to build and operate the province's first casino in the City of Windsor.
 The consortium is also comprised of Canadian interests in the architectural, development and construction industries.
 Canadian partners include the architectural firm, The Webb Zerafa Menkes Housden Partnership, which designed the proposed facility; Cambridge Shopping Centres Limited, which will oversee development of the casino building; and Eastern Construction Company, Ltd., which will serve as construction manager for the project. Both Eastern Construction and Cambridge Shopping Centres have their origins in the City of Windsor.
 The Province is expected to make its selection of the winning bidder near the end of October, 1993.
