WILLIAM S. WOODSON ELECTED VICE PRESIDENT AND TREASURER
MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Warner-Lambert Company (NYSE: WLA) has elected William S. Woodson as vice president and treasurer of the corporation. He succeeds Peter Stephenson, who is leaving the company.
Woodson joined Warner-Lambert in 1972 as assistant controller in the company's Consumer Products Group. He has held a series of financial positions within the corporation, most recently serving as vice president of finance for the Novon Products Division.
He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from Dartmouth College and received his MBA in management from New York University.
A resident of Bernardsville, he and his wife, Audrey, have two children. He is vice chairman of the board of trustees of Welkind Rehabilitation Hospital in Chester, N.J.
