``I saw a small spot of fire on this hillside here,'' said Reda Hamoud, a Castaways manager, pointing across a small valley. ``Then all of a sudden it started spreading. ``I thought somebody started the fire, so I ran to see who was there and there was nobody there. Luckily we didn't have the winds we had (Wednesday).''
