Despite the death of bassist John Entwistle, the Who tour will kick-off Monday at the Hollywood Bowl The Hollywood Bowl is a modern amphitheatre at 2301 North Highland Avenue in Hollywood, California, USA, that is used primarily for music performances. Entwistle's son Christopher added: ``This is what he would have wished, and our love goes out to the remaining band members and the entourage that makes up the Who family.''
