 Toy White has been elected 2007 presiding judge presiding judge n. 1) in both state and federal appeals court, the judge who chairs the panel of three or more judges during hearings and supervises the business of the court.  of the Ventura County Superior Court and will begin serving her new term Jan. 1, along with Assistant Presiding Judge Kevin J. McGee.
