Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) is a leading multinational aerospace manufacturer and advanced technology company formed in 1995 by the merger of Lockheed Corporation with Martin Marietta.
 Aeronautics Co. and the community were out in force Saturday to make a difference in four Palmdale elementary schools elementary school: see school. .

Nearly 600 Lockheed Martin employees and community volunteers donated their time and energy to paint Cactus, Cimarron, Joshua Hills Joshua Hill can refer to several people:

Make a Difference Day, held nationally Oct. 22 but by Lockheed Martin a week later, is the largest day of volunteerism in the country and takes place in hundreds of cities across the country.

This is Lockheed Martin's fourth year supporting the Palmdale School District The Palmdale School District is a school district that serves a major part of the city of Palmdale, California (USA).

The Palmdale School District was first formed in 1888. Approximately 28,000 students are enrolled in the Palmdale School District.
 in this effort. This year the project included painting the outside of classrooms, playground equipment, lunch areas and the front of schools.
