WFIC Wisconsin Foundation for Independent Colleges Congress) begins today, September 18, and runs through Sunday, September 21, at the Hotel Transamerica Resort in Sao Paulo. Sponsored by the World Federation of Investors Corporation (WFIC), the event is held every two years in one of the Federation's member countries. This year, given the growing interest Brazil has aroused in investors around the world, the Congress will be held in the country, and already a large number of Brazilian investors have confirmed they will attend, along with representatives from the United States, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Slovenia, Canada, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom and Japan.

The Congress was brought to the country by the Instituto Nacional de Investidores - INI See INI file. (National Investors Institute), a member of WFIC, with the support of Tradenetwork, the company responsible for organizing Expo Money and the European Investors Association - Euroshareholders. Jointly, WFIC and Euroshareholders have 30 affiliated national associations, more than 700,000 associated individuals and 60,000 investment clubs.
