WESTON Opens New Office in New Orleans, Central Gulf Region Operations Expanding.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 1998--Roy F. Weston Inc. (Nasdaq: WSTNA), a leading infrastructure redevelopment services firm, announced Tuesday the opening of a new office in New Orleans, to handle the company's expanding operations in the Central Gulf Region.

WESTON will provide full infrastructure redevelopment services to municipal, industrial and commercial clients. The company also announced the appointment of Alan Weber as New Orleans office manager. Weber will manage key projects in the Central Gulf Region and will work with WESTON's Client Service Managers to market the company's services.

Weber has more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, project management and infrastructure design. Prior to joining WESTON, he was base civil engineer for the Air National Guard in Savannah, Ga., where he upgraded the entire base infrastructure over a 10-year period.

As design engineer for the New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board, Weber helped solve flooding problems at the Louisiana Superdome. A resident of Harahan, La., Weber received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Tulane University and is a registered professional engineer in Louisiana.
