Byline: Marilyn Beck & Stacy Jenel Smith

Raquel Welch Jo Raquel Tejada (born September 5 1940), best known by her stage name Raquel Welch, is an American actress who reached fame during the 1960s. Early life  and fiance Richie Palmer have taken off for a pre-wedding holiday honeymoon in Mexico - now that she has helped him launch the first Orange County unit of his Richie's Neighborhood Pizzeria chain.

Their actual wedding will take place in ``May - hopefully,'' says Raquel. ``If not then - I might be doing a movie at that time - then in the summer.''

``I had told myself I would never marry again,'' she says. ``I didn't think it was possible to find someone who had everything. There are the guys who are sexy but have nothing to talk about and are a pain in the ass Noun 1. pain in the ass - something or someone that causes trouble; a source of unhappiness; "washing dishes was a nuisance before we got a dish washer"; "a bit of a bother"; "he's not a friend, he's an infliction"  about a woman's career, or the men who are gung-ho about your profession but make you feel they're more interested about who you are than what you are. I thought, `What do I need marriage for?' But then, along came Richie. We never argue, we laugh together, we sing together.''

And the pre-honeymoon has barely begun.
