Cozy up to small-town America at the Mission West Spring Art Festival, taking place in South Pasadena South Pasadena (păs'ədē`nə), city (1990 pop. 23,936), Los Angeles co., S Calif., a residential suburb of Los Angeles; inc. 1888. Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival: walking tour of Melody Ranch, shopping, Western music, cowboy poetry, storytelling, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday ($15 adults, $10 children 3-11, free for children under 3; $25 two-day pass for adults, $15 two-day pass for children).
