It was also U.S. from Kester Avenue to Van Nuys Boulevard - or as the locals might say, from Pavilions to the Unocal 76 station. Grand marshal Grand Marshal is a ceremonial, military, or political office of very high rank. The term has its origins with the word "Marshal" with the first usage of the term "Grand Marshal" as a ceremonial title for certain religious orders. of Sunday's 13th annual Sherman Oaks fair is coach and teacher John Wooden, whose UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles UCLA University Center for Learning Assistance (Illinois State University) UCLA University of Carrollton, TX and Lower Addison, TX basketball teams amassed 10 national championships - seven in a row - along with four perfect seasons. This year's entertainers include the Dixie Canyon Elementary Glee Club, the Millikan Middle School Performing Arts Magnet, guitarist Pete Quenet, the Blue Cats and many others.
