The eighth annual Fillmore Spring Railfest is a train ride back to the 1890s when passengers sang songs to pass the time and stopped at the Harvey House for home-cooked meals. To feel what it was like when the West was still wild, cowboys, gunslingers and dance hall girls will board the trains for ``The Spaghetti Western'' on Saturday night, which features a spaghetti dinner on a three- hour train ride through the countryside. One-hour vintage train rides on wood-burning steam locomotives also are available all weekend beginning at 10:45 a.m., and visitors can try their hand at the throttle, blow the whistle and power their way down the mainline and receive a certificate as proof.
