WEBCO NAMES DANA S. WEBER PRESIDENT AND HARRY G. DANDELLES CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.

:WEB) today announced that Dana S. Weber, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president.
, has been named to the additional post of President of the Company. Ms. Weber, 37, assumes the title from F. William Weber, 69, who will continue to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The Company also announced that Harry G. Dandelles, 49, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, a post Ms. Weber has served on an interim basis since August, 1994. Prior to joining Webco Industries, Mr. Dandelles was Director of Corporate Development with LDDS See WorldCom.  WorldCom, the nation's fourth largest telecommunications company. Previously he spent over 10 years with The Williams Companies, Inc. and its Williams Telecommunications Group (WilTel) subsidiary, serving in various positions including Vice President of Finance, Director of Financial Services and Director of Corporate Planning. Mr. Dandelles also served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Norlight, A Wisconsin General Partnership, providing regional long distance telecommunications service. His background also includes eleven years with Price Waterhouse & Co., where he served as a Senior Audit Manager.
