), Skoki, Ill., has completed a transaction to combine its K-12 Internet business from its Information & Learning division with Infonautics' K-12 business, Electric Library. Bell & Howell holds a 73 percent equity stake in the new company and Infonautics owns 27%. The new company is present in almost 50,000 schools across the country and reaches approximately 25 million students on a daily basis.

With our recent acquisition of SchoolLife.net and an alliance with KOZ.com, we are well on our way to deploying a community platform that will connect parents, teachers, and students."
