WE HAVE A NEW BLOGGER RIFFING ON WHOLE FOODS.

We have a new blogger. Fronnie Lewis, a longtime Burbank resident who spent time working in the TV news world at NBC NBC
 in full National Broadcasting Co.

Major U.S. commercial broadcasting company. It was formed in 1926 by RCA Corp., General Electric Co. (GE), and Westinghouse and was the first U.S. company to operate a broadcast network.
. Fronnie has given us a dramatic blow-by-blow account of a recent marathon Burbank City Council meeting.

At issue was not the latest political scandal A political scandal is a scandal in which politicians or government officials engage in various illegal, corrupt, or unethical practices. A political scandal can involve the breaking of the nation's laws or plotting to do so.  or a fight against the next big housing development.

It was about Whole Foods coming to town.

Tempers flared and emotions poured forth over the proposed Whole Foods Market at Alameda Avenue and Main Street in the tony Rancho District.

It was one of the biggest crowds to hit the council chambers, probably since the city approved a new Home Depot The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) is an American retailer of home improvement and construction products and services.
