Valley, southern California, U.S. Northwest of central Los Angeles, the valley is bounded by the San Gabriel, Santa Susana, and Santa Monica mountains and the Simi Hills.
 Fair for many years looked like it might not happen this year. At the annual event, students from the across the San Fernando Valley show and auction their animals to raise money, often to pay for their future education.

On page 8 read about how residents and businesses joined together to make sure the livestock show took place last weekend. It's a great story about how little miracles can happen when everyone works together.

Do you know an under-insured senior citizen who is struggling with a mental illness? There is help available. The San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center Inc. in Van Nuys offers free services (O.Eng. Law) such feudal services as were not unbecoming the character of a soldier or a freemen to perform; as, to serve under his lord in war, to pay a sum of money, etc.

Among the services it provides are mental health counseling, crisis intervention crisis intervention Psychiatry The counseling of a person suffering from a stressful life event–eg, AIDS, cancer, death, divorce, by providing mental and moral support.
