The State Farm Wade Trophy

Presented annually to the best women's basketball player in NCAA NCAA
abbr.
National Collegiate Athletic Association
 Division I. The Wade Trophy, named after the late, legendary three-time national champion, Delta State University History
Established in 1924 by an act of the Mississippi Legislature, Delta State Teachers College first opened its doors to students in 1925. The name was later changed to Delta State College (1955) and then Delta State University (1974).
 coach Lily Margaret Wade, debuted in 1978 as the first-ever women's national player of the year award Several sports leagues honor their best player with an award called Player of the Year. In the United States, this type of award is usually called a Most Valuable Player award. The awards with the "player of the year" phrasing include these.  in college basketball.

Presented annually to the best women's basketball player in NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA NAIA
abbr.
National Association of Intercollegiate Athletes
, Junior College/Community College, and High School.

Kodak/WBCA All-America Teams

The Kodak/WBCA All-America Teams honor the ten best collegiate women's basketball players in the nation. A Kodak/WBCA All-America Team is chosen for each collegiate division: NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, NAIA, and JC/CC. 2004 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Kodak All-America Teams.

Russell Athletic/WBCA Coach of the Year

The Russell Athletic/WBCA Coach of the Year is presented annually to one coach in each of the collegiate divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and Junior College/Community College as well as High School.

Russell Athletic/WBCA Victory Club

The Russell Athletic/WBCA Victory Club Award is presented to each WBCA WBCA Women's Basketball Coaches Association
WBCA Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association
WBCA World Blitz Chess Association
WBCA Washington's Birthday Celebration Association
WBCA West Bay Christian Academy
WBCA Wyandotte Bantam Club of America
 member head coach who achieves career wins of 200, 300, 400, 500 or more, in 100 victory increments.

Jostens-Berenson Service Award

The Jostens-Berenson Service Award recognizes an individual who has maintained a professional lifelong commitment to service for and to the game of women's basketball.

Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award The Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award is a college basketball award in the United States intended to honor shorter-than-average players who become stars in the game. The award, named in honor of James Naismith's daughter-in-law, was established for men in 1969 and for women in 1984.
