WATERHOUSE SECURITIES REPORTS RESULTS NEW YORK, Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Waterhouse Investor Services, Inc.
(NASDAQ: WHOO) today reported net income for the three month period ended Nov. 29, 1991 (First Quarter - FY 1992) of $1,503,200 versus $193,500 for the same period the previous year.

The company stated that the increase in revenues and earnings was primarily a result of a significant increase in market activity by the individual investor. Both revenues and earnings represent a record quarter for the company.
