WATER DEBTS MAY FORCE TENANTS OUT.

GLENDALE - Tenants in 21 rental units might be forced to relocate re·lo·cate

 because their landlords have failed to pay delinquent water bills, city officials said Tuesday.

Unless the bills are paid, the city will shut off water to the following addresses on Monday: 1800 and 1802 Arvin Drive and 1710 Verdugo Blvd., owned by B.V. Anderson; 1363 Acacia acacia (əkā`shə), any plant of the large leguminous genus Acacia, often thorny shrubs and trees of the family Leguminosae (pulse family).  Ave., owned by Ji Weon Chung; 1309 and 1311 Carlton Drive, owned by Susanna Berberyan; 2748 Montrose Ave., owned by C.B. Bhakta; and 1151 Allen Ave., owned by Jay Elbettar.

Because Anderson and Chung are repeat offenders, they will be charged an additional $300 in processing fees and $250 in civil penalties each, said city spokesman Ritch Wells.

The amounts owed range from $70 to $400. If the owners do not pay the accounts within 72 hours of shutoff shut·off
