) has elected Wm. Michael Warren Jr., 48, as Chief Executive Officer of its two major subsidiaries: Alabama Gas Corporation (Alagasco) and Taurus Exploration Inc. Warren retains his duties as President of Energen and all its subsidiaries.

Gary C. Youngblood, 51, executive vice president of Alagasco, was given additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
