WARP Signs Strategic OEM Partnership with ApplianSys to Deliver Advanced Caching Appliances in Europe.

WARP Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: WRPT), a leading provider of network and application acceleration technology solutions, today announced a strategic OEM partnership with ApplianSys Limited, a fast-growing provider of server appliances in Europe. According to the terms of the deal, ApplianSys will launch a new line of CACHEBOX appliances that integrate WARP's DataReactor technology. This new appliance will offer advanced static caching functionality, enabling organizations to dramatically improve performance of content and applications delivered over IP-based networks.
