W.D. Hoard & Sons Publishing Co., and its publication Hoard's Dairyman, Ft. Atkinson, WI, were among six recipients of the National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE) Outstanding Cooperation Award.

W.D. Hoard & Sons Publishing Co., and its publication Hoard's Dairyman, Ft. Atkinson, WI, were among six recipients of the National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE) Outstanding Cooperation Award presented at the NAAE annual conference held in Kansas City, MO, recently.

Hoard's was cited for providing ag educators, students and farmers with practical information that meets the needs of the ag industry. To date, 20 students have been given the opportunity to serve as an ag journalism interns for Hoard's Dairyman. The magazine has sponsored its annual Cow Judging Contest for 75 years and available free of charge to FFA and 4-H students.

NAAE presents its award to organizations, agribusinesses, industry, or individuals who have provided exemplary service to ag education at the national level.
