W&M's First Stamford Place continues to attract blue-chip firms.


With its new lease to a subsidiary of a prominent energy company, W&M Properties continues to attract high-profile companies to First Stamford Place, notes Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the building.

, a subsidiary of Entergy Corporation, will locate its headquarters on the fourth floor of 100 First Stamford Place, where it will occupy 6,867 s/f for the next five years. Entergy Nuclear Power Marketing will be the marketing arm of five nuclear plants in the Northeast with more than $1 billion in projected annual sales.

"This lease shows how our Class-A, multi-tenanted office properties continue to attract blue-chip tenants who want space in buildings that can deliver first-class management, high-quality amenities and services in top notch locations," said Newman. "We're thrilled to add Entergy to our prestigious tenant roster."
