This year the event, always hosted at a special New York City New York City: see New York, city. New York City City (pop., 2000: 8,008,278), southeastern New York, at the mouth of the Hudson River. The largest city in the U.S. venue, took place at the legendary '21' Club. In attendance were more than 100 brokers who have been active at one or more of the W&H buildings, which include The Lincoln Building (60 East 42hd Street), 250 West 57th Street, 501 Seventh Avenue and 1359 Broadway. With the help of these brokers, W&H has enjoyed great success since its launch in 2003. During the past two years, the portfolio has leased over 1.3 million square feet of prime Manhattan office space and paid more than $13.2 million in brokers' commissions--all immediately upon signing.
