Vsurance, Inc. Offers Pet Boarding Kennel Insurance.

Company to Use Kennels to Promote Its Pet Health Insurance Services

Similar Strategies Have Been Highly Successful in the U.K.

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- Vsurance, Inc. (OTCBB: VSUR), a leading provider of pet health insurance and its Get HIP[TM] Health Insurance for Pets program, announced today that the Company now offers pet boarding kennel insurance.

The Company will introduce a basic accident/injury plan and a complete accident/injury and illness plan. The insurance premium per day of boarding is $2.00 for coverage for illness or injury during boarding.

This policy also includes coverage, while boarded, for an accidental death, with a maximum benefit limit of $250. The insurance premium per day of boarding on the basic injury only plan is a flat $5 for 1 to 7 days and flat $15 for 8 to 30 days. This policy also has a $200 accidental death benefit. For administering the program, the kennel or cattery receives 50% of the premium as a payment collection administration fee with the remaining 50% going to the insurer.

Vsurance, Inc. will be the only such provider of this coverage in the United States.

"This is a low risk and high demand program, which provides us an opportunity to service a growing desire among numerous pet owners. Further, this low risk program enables Vsurance to amass a database of pets and their owners, looking for comprehensive pet health insurance programs such as our get HIP Health Insurance for Pets program," stated Russell Smith, CEO of Vsurance, Inc. "The strategy is essentially the same as in the sale of rental car insurance or car insurance, which is offered to customers. This strategy has shown to be very effective in attracting new pet health insurance customers in the U.K. As the only provider of this service in the United States today, we expect to see considerable success."

When an animal is boarded, the boarding kennel or cattery will give pet owners the option of selecting or declining to purchase insurance. The boarding facilities merely serve as the administrator and collection point of premium.

In addition, the Company's plans provide coverage for illness and injury while a dog or cat is boarded at a kennel or cattery. The maximum policy benefit per any one incident during the boarding period for a dog or cat is $1,500 with no deductible on the illness plan and $1,000 on the injury only plan with only a $150 deductible.
