Voyence Announces Deborah K. MacCallum as Vice President of Engineering.


RICHARDSON, Texas Richardson is a suburb in Dallas County and Collin County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 91,803, while according to a 2006 estimate, the population had grown to 99,200.  -- Voyence, a technology visionary in automating network change and configuration management, today announced the appointment of Deborah K. MacCallum as vice president of engineering. A veteran of the network systems management market, MacCallum will leverage her extensive experience and software development skills to lead the Voyence engineering team as it further enhances the VoyenceControl NG solution to meet customers' growing demands for automated au·to·mate

MacCallum will draw upon her development experience as director of remote management services at Nortel Networks (Nortel Networks Limited, Brampton, Ontario, www.nortelnetworks.com) A world leader in telecommunications products, which includes switching, wireless and broadband systems for service providers and carriers, telephones and systems for residential and business users, computer telephony , where she successfully introduced new services throughout the U.S. and European markets. MacCallum's additional management experience includes: managing large-scale network simulation In computer network research, network simulation is a technique where a program models the behavior of a network either by calculating the interaction between the different network entities (hosts/routers, data links, packets, etc) using mathematical formulas, or actually capturing  and development at Bay Networks, senior engineer at Raytheon and senior engineer at Intermetrics, where she was responsible for the design and development of the Space Shuttle space shuttle, reusable U.S. space vehicle. Developed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), it consists of a winged orbiter, two solid-rocket boosters, and an external tank.  Data Management capabilities.
