Vouk funding.

The owner of a transportation services project in North Little Rock picked up a $3.1 million funding agreement.

Vouk Transportation Inc., led by L.J. Muncy III, obtained the loan from the L.J. Muncy Jr. Revocable Trust.

The 5.7-acre Vouk Transportation development previously was linked with a January 2006 mortgage of $1.8 million and an October 2006 mortgage of $517,077.

The location at 701 Judi Drive was bought for $100,000 in November 2001 from D&B Commercial Park LLC, led by James Dietz.

D&B purchased the land in June 2001 as part of a $1.05 million deal with I-440 Business Fiberpark LLC, led by George Wilcox.
