VOITH LEADS MARKET IN SHOE PRESSES. Voith Paper, Heidenheim, Germany announced it will install its 300th shoe press, a NipcoFlex press, at Aracruz Celulose Aracruz Celulose S.A. is a major Brazilian manufacturer of pulp. It is headquartered in São Paulo.

The company is the world's leading supplier of bleached eucalyptus pulp.

SAICA reported that the new speed record was achieved between February 10 and 11, 2005, when the machine produced corrugating medium with a basis weight of 75 g/[m.sup.2] at 1424 meters/min and an efficiency of 96.6%.
